According to ХВИЛЯ: Russia has declared a pause in talks concerning Ukraine, stating that the participation of the United States is a necessary condition for their resumption. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made this announcement on April 6, confirming that the negotiation process is currently suspended. He stressed that the presence of a U.S. delegation is crucial for restarting contacts in a three-party format.
