Agrarian enterprises can obtain the status of critical importance: new criteria

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian enterprises can now obtain the status of critical importance for the economy of the country. This is possible due to the renewed process of receiving applications through the State Agrarian Register (DAR), which allows identifying enterprises that play an important role in the functioning of the economy and the livelihood of the population.

'Enterprises that already have the status of critical importance can continue to hold it until the expiration date indicated in the relevant order. Those who have not yet obtained this status or wish to renew it can apply to the DAR with the appropriate statements,' clarified Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

In addition to meeting the mandatory criteria, which include salary conditions and absence of debts to budgets, enterprises must also meet one of the additional criteria to obtain the status of critical importance. This may be a large amount of paid taxes, strategic significance for the country, registration in 'Diya City', or importance for the community and the economy as a whole.

The government provides enterprises with the opportunity to obtain the status of critical importance, thus determining their importance for the development and livelihood of the country.
