Born on June 3, 1991, in the city of Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Neustroiev spent some time living in Belgium before deciding to come back to his homeland to fight. An avid athlete, he graduated from Children's and Youth Sports School No. 3 in Kryvyi Rih and worked at the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih plant. In 2013, he took part in the 'Arcelor Mile' race at the plant, earning a silver medal.
