According to hvylya.net: Stella Mindich, the mother of Timur Mindich, who is suspected of corruption in the energy sector, has become the owner of three apartments in Kyiv in recent years. One of them is located in a building on Hrushevskyi Street, 9-A. This apartment, with an area of 214 square meters, was transferred to the woman's ownership back in 2020.
Two more apartments in the elite residential complex 'Metropol' were registered in Stella Mindich's name in 2023. Their total area is nearly 200 square meters. According to the minimum market prices at that time, the estimated cost of such real estate was around 600 thousand dollars.
Stella Mindich purchased the apartments from the developer of the residential complex - the company LLC 'SKYPROJECT'.

Oleksandra Fursenko, the wife of Ihor Fursenko, who features in the NABU tapes, purchased an apartment in Kyiv in 2024 for 400 thousand dollars.
