Lidl is holding a sale in four cities in Germany: outlet addresses in September

In September, Lidl is conducting temporary outlet sales of non-food items from past promotions, seasonal leftovers, and returns in Germany. Dates and addresses have already been announced in four cities. Individual offers may be significantly cheaper than usual, although the size of the discount depends on the product. Lidl products in Germany are also tested through a recall system. This is reported by AusNews.

Where Lidl outlets will operate in Germany in September 2026

Unlike regular Lidl stores, the assortment of temporary outlets is not announced in detail beforehand. The sale mainly includes non-food items that have remained from previous promotions or have been returned to regional warehouses.

At the end of September, Lidl announced sales in four cities:

• Lübeck, Berliner Straße 14 - September 17-19, from 10:00 to 16:00;

• Bexbach, Kleinottweilerstraße 94 - September 18-19, from 9:00 to 18:00;

• Berlin, Flughafenstraße 1 - September 18-19, from 9:00 to 18:00;

• Albstadt-Ebingen, Truchtelfinger Straße 62 - September 18-19, from 10:00 to 16:00.

Among the goods can be tools, furniture, decorative items, sports equipment, kitchen utensils, and seasonal products. The specific selection depends on the availability in stores in the respective region.

What discounts are offered at Lidl outlets

The publication notes that on certain products, savings can reach 50-80% compared to the recommended retail price. At the same time, Lidl itself confirmed to the publication that the size of the discount depends on the specific item and quantity, and can reach up to 50%.

«For many years, Lidl in Germany has periodically held special sales nationwide that last for a limited time,» explained a company representative.

Customers should keep in mind that the assortment is limited. Some items may be available in only a few copies, so during popular sales, there may be significant crowding of people.

Purchases can be paid for in cash, with a Girocard, as well as with Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.

For Ukrainians in Germany, such sales can be one of the ways to reduce expenses on household goods, tools, or home items. This becomes more relevant against the backdrop of changes in the support system: from 2026, Germany changed social assistance for Ukrainians.
