According to ХВИЛЯ: Starting January 1, 2026, the mobile operator lifecell will introduce new pricing conditions that will affect subscribers on the 'Orientation in roaming postpaid' tariff. The changes come into effect at 00:00 on that day, meaning that subscribers must be prepared for the new terms of using their mobile services.

Changes in pricing

According to the new rates:

• Calls within the corporate group will cost 20 kopecks per minute;
• Calls with subscribers of other Ukrainian operators will cost 50 kopecks per minute;
• The cost of one SMS message will be 40 kopecks;
• Charging for voice calls will be per minute, starting from the first second.

Moreover, lifecell updates its tariffs for the 'internet of things', specifically for the '4G IoT' and 'IoT Start' packages. It is important to note that minutes from the '4G IoT' and 'IoT Start' packages can be used for calls from European Union countries. These changes may affect users who actively use communication services both within the country and abroad.
