Vacancies and Demand in Ukraine's Logistics in September 2026

The number of advertisements in the category 'Logistics / Warehousing / Delivery' was 11% lower than in September 2025. Meanwhile, compared to September 2024, offers decreased by only 3%.

Most often, employers were looking for:

  • drivers;
  • warehouse workers;
  • couriers;
  • storekeepers.

The average activity of job seekers was five responses per job advertisement. The highest number of responses were gathered by dispatcher vacancies: an average of 12 responses per advertisement. For freight forwarders and drivers, the number was six, for warehouse workers - five, and for couriers and storekeepers - four.

In most categories, the number of responses increased by approximately one to three over the year. According to OLX Work, damage to infrastructure forces companies to reconsider processes, but not always leads to a reduction in vacancies.

“The companies' reaction is not limited to this. Possible employee transfers to other sites or the search for alternative jobs are also possible,” noted OLX Work director Maria Abdulina.

What Salaries Are Offered and Where Are the Most Vacancies

The overall median salary in the logistics, warehousing, and delivery sector in September was 35 thousand UAH. Over the year, salaries increased in all the listed categories:

  • long-haul drivers - 66.3 thousand UAH, a 20% increase;
  • drivers - 42.5 thousand UAH, a 15% increase;
  • couriers - 35 thousand UAH, an increase of 11-13%;
  • freight forwarders - 30 thousand UAH, an increase of 11-13%;
  • storekeepers - 29.4 thousand UAH, a 15% increase;
  • warehouse workers - 29 thousand UAH, an 18% increase;
  • dispatchers - 23.8 thousand UAH, a 25% increase.

The most advertisements were placed in the Kyiv region - over 4 thousand. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, there were over 2 thousand vacancies, in Lviv and Odesa - a little over a thousand each, and in Kharkiv - about 750.

In terms of median salaries, the Volyn and Lviv regions led with offers of 40 thousand UAH. The Kyiv region showed a figure of 39 thousand UAH, the Zakarpattia region - 35 thousand, in Odesa - 34.5 thousand UAH. Previously, OLX Work data also indicated that logistics is among the high-demand fields in several regions of Ukraine.

The future situation will depend on how companies adapt their operations to security risks and damage to infrastructure. Changes in the location of warehouses and routes may affect where vacancies appear. At the same time, the labor market observes salary increases and difficulties in finding workers.
