Eight large buses have arrived in Lviv, transferred to the city by the Italian side. The transport is already being prepared for operation and adaptation to local needs. The Lviv City Council reports.

These are 12-meter buses manufactured by Temsa, which meet the Euro 5 environmental standard. The vehicles were donated free of charge by the regional public transport company TUA (Trasporto Unico Abruzzese).

The city council specified that before being put into service, the buses will undergo technical preparation and re-equipment. Initially, they are planned to be used for social transportation, and later the possibility of launching them on urban routes will be considered.

The city council thanked the Italian partners for their support, noting that the donated transport will help enhance the capabilities of public transport in Lviv.

The transfer of the buses took place within the framework of international cooperation, where European regions are helping Ukrainian cities to update transport during the war.

Temsa buses meet the Euro 5 standard and are already undergoing preparation for operation in Lviv.

The transferred buses will initially operate on social transportation, with a subsequent possible launch on city routes.
