According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi has unveiled two new military task forces, to be led by Heroes of Ukraine Denys “Redis” Prokopenko and Andriy Biletskyi. The move is part of a broader transition toward network-centric warfare, a direction reinforced during President Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s front-line visit alongside Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi. Brovdi described the new units as an embodiment of the Smart War concept, which centers on full synchronization of military operations. The task forces are also a direct response to intensifying enemy terror, as earlier reported by Khvylya.

The same day, Zelenskyi awarded Biletskyi the Hero’s Gold Star, a symbolic recognition of his contributions. Brovdi explained that the new structure shortens the interaction chain between sensors and shooters, enabling more effective strikes against occupying forces. This restructuring reflects Ukraine’s effort to adapt its military to modern battlefield conditions, where rapid coordination and information flow are decisive. It also underscores a strategic approach built on contemporary technologies and concepts like Smart War.
