According to Radiotrek — Світ: On August 9, 2026, on his 51st birthday, Robert Brovdiy, call sign Hungarian, commander of the UAV Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, posted on Facebook outlining five conditions for ending the war. In his post, signed '09.08.26', Brovdiy called for fighting with mind and math, as well as emphasizing the importance of life and struggle. He stressed that 'life consists of little things and details, and the essence is hidden in nuances.'

Robert Brovdiy, born on August 9, 1975, in Uzhhorod, is not only a Hero of Ukraine (2025) but also the founder and commander of the 'Hungarian Birds' unit. Since June 3, 2025, he has been serving as the commander of the UAV Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In his post, Brovdiy noted that the war will only end when the aggressor loses the ability to conduct it. He listed five components that he believes need to be dismantled:

• The disappearance of the ability to pay for the war.
• The disappearance of the ability to produce weapons.
• The disappearance of the ability to protect the rear.
• The disappearance of the ability to send live forces to slaughter.
• The disappearance of the ability to maintain the illusion of stability and control within their own swamp.

Brovdiy also stated that 'the intellect of the nation, deployed against the metropolis,' is an important element in this struggle. He emphasized that technological superiority and the thirst for historical justice and freedom are effective weapons in the current conflict.
