The call lasted 40 minutes, and its main topic was the peace negotiations scheduled for December 11 with the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The Trump administration provided Zelensky with a few days to respond regarding the peace plan. As part of the preparation for the negotiations, a negotiation package was formed, which includes three main documents:

• peace plan,
• security guarantees,
• economic recovery plan.
