The government has changed the rules for certifying demining machines: what does it mean

According to Мін. Економіки: The government of Ukraine has decided to expand the capabilities of certifying mechanized demining tools to facilitate humanitarian demining processes. Now, other accredited bodies will also be able to provide these services, not just the State Research Institute.

New terms and clarifications have been defined, which will help improve the quality of demining equipment. This is an important step in ensuring safety in mined areas and developing this field in Ukraine.

The establishment of a certification services market will contribute to increased competition, improve the quality of equipment, and lower service prices, which in turn will help enhance the safety and effectiveness of humanitarian demining.
