Kyiv Region Targeted in Major Assault

According to Главком: On April 3, Ukraine, specifically the Kyiv region, came under a massive enemy attack. The strikes resulted in one fatality and eight people wounded. The assault caused damage to residential buildings, infrastructure, and vehicles across several districts. Damage Assessment from the Attack

• In the Bucha district, a 51-year-old man was killed and another person was injured. Three apartment buildings, a car dealership, an educational institution, and several vehicles were damaged. In the village of Kriukivshchyna, the roof of a five-story residential building was hit.
• The Obolon district recorded a direct hit on an apartment building, injuring five people, including a minor. Additionally, eight vehicles were damaged in this district.
• The Fastiv district also suffered a serious attack, which caused fires in a private house and a veterinary clinic. Approximately 20 animals perished in the strike on the clinic. An administrative building and fences were also damaged here, and two people sustained bodily injuries.
• Around 09:05 in Sumy, a 'Molniya'-type drone struck a shopping center in the city's central part. In Vyshneve, a 'Shahed' drone fell near educational institutions. Furthermore, a missile alert was declared due to the takeoff of a Russian MiG-31K 'Kinzhal' carrier aircraft.

The Kyiv region districts targeted in this assault included Obolon, Bucha, and Fastiv.
