Users of popular financial apps like Monobank and PrivatBank reported difficulties accessing applications, along with an inability to complete cashless transfers or withdraw cash from ATMs.
Executives at the affected financial institutions officially confirmed the outage. The issues impacted a large number of customers, leading to additional inconvenience for users.
Oleg Gorokhovsky, co-founder of Monobank, commented on the situation, stating: 'We are experiencing a technical glitch. We are fixing it. Sorry.'
