According to Мін. Економіки: Alexander Kravchenko, Ukraine’s Minister of Economy and Environment, has outlined the ministry’s strategic focus for 2027, emphasizing the expansion of investment inflows and the development of a comprehensive reconstruction project portfolio. He highlighted that the goal for foreign direct investment (FDI) by 2027 is approximately $5 billion.

Kravchenko explained that the investment plan involves creating a favorable environment for both domestic and international investors by implementing a de-risking framework designed to reduce and allocate investment risks effectively.
