The Ministry of Economy has developed the Intellectual Property Strategy until 2030: what will change

According to Мін. Економіки: The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has invited everyone interested to participate in the discussion of the development strategy for the intellectual property sphere until 2030.

Currently, this sector is facing challenges due to the consequences of the war and the need to comply with European Union legislation. The proposed strategy addresses these challenges and outlines key priorities for further development. Among them - ensuring the accessibility of relevant tools for various groups of authors and inventors, full harmonization with the EU, digitization of services, supporting innovations, effective protection of rights, and more.

The strategy foresees two stages of implementation and it is planned that the Ministry of Economy will present an annual report on the measures taken.
