Shmyhal at the forefront: what tasks the 40th Coastal Defense Brigade is performing

Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal visited the area of responsibility of the 40th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade. The command reported on the state of defense, supply levels, the dynamics of combat operations, and the results of task execution.

During the meeting, the minister and the command discussed the priorities of supporting the brigade and the rapid response to any challenges faced by the troops. Denys Shmyhal praised the servicemen of the brigade for their courage and high level of resilience in holding positions at the forefront.

“Presented awards to the servicemen. The brigade holds positions, inflicts significant losses on the enemy, and demonstrates a high level of resilience. Thank you to the soldiers for their bravery,” said Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.

The Ukrainian Defense Minister visited the conflict zone and emphasized the importance of the work of the coastal defense brigade. He commended the servicemen for their courage and high level of resilience in holding positions, which speaks to their professionalism in difficult conditions of war.
