Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha: 'Putin has once again opened the war with big words. First, he said he was ready to fight all winter, and then he threatened maritime ports and the freedom of navigation. This especially concerns Odesa, about which President Trump spoke so warmly. Russia must stop the bloodshed, or face the consequences. It's time to stop wasting time on war and do everything possible for peace. We support all efforts for a just peace along with our partners. The time has come to make Moscow stop the war.'
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed serious concern about Putin's statements and called for immediate measures to end the war in Ukraine.
