According to hvylya.net: Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and its subordinate structures, such as the 'State Rearmament Operator' and the 'Defense Procurement Agency', gathered to discuss current issues of defense procurement. One of the key aspects of the discussion is decentralization.

The round table took place at the initiative of the Ministry of Defense and the Public Association 'Support for Reforms Fund in Ukraine'. Participants in the event also included representatives of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 'Defense Procurement Reform Project'.

For his part, the head of the State Rearmament Operator, Andriy Sozansky, talked about the organizational structure and key achievements of the enterprise.

During the discussion on the involvement of military units in framework agreements, the issue of increasing the procurement capacity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was also addressed through the 'Project 100' program. This project started in April 2024 with the support of the 'Support for Reforms Fund in Ukraine' and the government of the United Kingdom.

Discussing defense procurement issues in Ukraine is an important step towards improving the procurement system for the country's Armed Forces.
