Оборони: The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched public consultations on changes to defense policy amid the prolonged war, publishing the 'Green Book: Strategic Directions, Challenges, and New Architecture of Defense'. This document aims to create a shared vision of key challenges in defense.

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, stated that Ukraine's response to modern challenges should be a transition to an integrated defense system.
