According to Главком: The state enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine 'State Rear Operator' announced a tender for the purchase of badges and honors for military personnel for almost 63 million UAH. The tender was announced on December 26, 2025, and the procurement of 39 types of awards is expected.

Planned awards

Among the planned awards are:

• 'Combat Cross' – 9 thousand units
• 'Golden Cross' – 7 thousand units
• 'Cross of the Brave' – 6 thousand units
• 'Shield of the Victor' – 10 thousand units
• 'For Military Valor' – 10 thousand units
• 'For Wounds' – 10 thousand units
• 'Defender of Ukraine' – 15 thousand units

The deadline for submitting tender proposals is set for January 6, 2026, and the winner of the tender must deliver the awards by the end of September 2026. It is worth noting that in 2025, 'State Rear Operator' already ordered 20.3 thousand awards worth 12.3 million UAH. The enterprise also made another purchase for 13.5 million UAH, and a total of awards worth 43.7 million UAH were purchased earlier.

In 2025, 'State Rear Operator' contracted award products for over 70 million UAH. The supplier of the new awards is LLC 'Heroldmeister', registered in Kyiv in 1998. The company belongs to Anatoliy Shyian, and the director is Denys Avramchyk.

This procurement of awards for military personnel indicates the continued support and recognition of the achievements of Ukrainian soldiers in the context of ongoing conflicts and military actions.
