The 'Transparent Construction' application was developed by Ukraine’s State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning. Co-developers include the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The project is supported under the 'Digitalization for Growth, Integrity, and Transparency' initiative-UK DIGIT, implemented by Eurasia Foundation and funded by UK Dev. The Eastern Europe Foundation serves as a project partner.
This training is part of broader efforts by Ukrainian authorities to enhance transparency and efficiency in the construction sector through digital tools. By streamlining procedures for local governments and making information more accessible to citizens, the app aims to foster greater accountability. This initiative also underscores the government's commitment to digital transformation, which is expected to positively impact infrastructure development and public service delivery across Ukraine.
