Ministry of Social Policy completes work on law No. 4067: what will change for Ukrainians

Ludmila Shemelinets, the First Deputy Minister of Social Policy, announced the Ministry's readiness to implement law No. 4067 during the International Conference on the Prevention of Sexual Violence in Conflict Situations. The working group has already developed proposals for the implementation mechanisms of the law, and the recommendations are currently being generalized. If necessary, additional consultations will be held with partners and experts. Moreover, it was announced at the event that the next priorities of the Global Alliance will be developed on behalf of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The Ministry of Social Policy is actively preparing for the implementation of the new law aimed at preventing sexual violence. The working group is already prepared and is working on the mechanisms for the legislation's implementation while ensuring consultations with specialists. As Ukraine hands over the presidency of the Global Alliance to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, it steps forward in supporting and implementing important initiatives.
