According to ХВИЛЯ: As the year 2026 approaches, possible changes in the mobilization process and the involvement of conscripts are actively discussed in Ukraine. • in public places, buildings, and structures;
• at TCC and SP, at checkpoints or roadblocks.

Ivan Tymochko notes that the decision to exceed the current levels of mobilization will only be made in case of a significant increase in the intensity of combat. He emphasizes the importance of infantry in modern military conflicts, noting:
