Mobilized Individuals Will Be Offered 2 Million Hryvnias: Who Will Be Able to Receive It

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian military personnel may receive new motivational incentives if the government approves the idea of transitioning mobilized fighters to contract service. According to the proposal, they could sign a contract for two years and receive significant financial rewards, distributed monthly throughout the service period.

According to the concept, mobilized individuals would be offered to sign a contract, for example, for two years, for which they would be entitled to additional financial motivation. As an example, a member of parliament cited a sum of two million hryvnias. These funds would not be paid out in a lump sum, but would be distributed in equal parts over the entire duration of the contract and added monthly to the basic salary of the military, which depends on their position and rank.

President Volodymyr Zelensky also noted that Ukraine would appeal to Western partners for financial assistance in covering these expenses. People have become the main resource for defense, and they are now the primary focus of funding.

The introduction of a new motivational system aims to increase the interest of servicemen in contract service and provide better working conditions, which will directly affect the country's defense capability.
