The capital will experience windy and cloudy conditions, with a chance of light wet snow in some areas. A significant warming is expected across Ukraine starting Thursday, February 12, with above-freezing temperatures predicted for most regions.

As noted by meteorologist Natalka Didenko, 'the rotation of air masses from cold to warmer will strengthen the wind, making it gusty and powerful.'

The shifting conditions over the coming days could impact daily life, affecting transport and road safety. Strong winds combined with wet snow may create hazardous situations, so caution is advised. The gradual thaw may also lead to snowmelt and potential localized flooding. Meteorologists recommend staying alert and monitoring further weather updates.
