According to Главком: Ukraine’s Interior Ministry is drafting a new measure to crack down on drivers who repeatedly violate traffic laws. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced that the document will be ready within days. Under the proposed system, violations will be automatically tracked by number and severity.
