According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reacts with indignation to the Russian proposal for a meeting of leaders in Moscow. MFA spokesperson Georgiy Tikhiy considers this proposal unserious and aimed at blocking negotiations. At the same time, he noted that this may indicate some awareness on Russia's part of the need for dialogue, but in no way reflects readiness for real negotiations.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky added that even if Russia speaks of a meeting, it does not mean they are genuinely interested in a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
The Ukrainian MFA rejects the idea of a meeting of leaders in Moscow as an attempt by Russia to halt negotiations and block the path to a peaceful resolution of the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
