Volunteer injured by explosives in Kharkiv region: condition of the injured

According to glavcom.ua: A tragedy occurred in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region - a volunteer stepped on an explosive device. According to the Kharkiv regional police, this happened on September 21, when a 45-year-old woman stepped on an unknown object on the steps of a school. As a result of the explosion, the woman sustained multiple injuries and wounds to her legs.

Police acted quickly to evacuate the injured volunteer from the city of Kupiansk to a safe location and handed her over to medics for assistance. The woman was taken to the hospital, and a criminal proceeding has been initiated in accordance with Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which deals with war crimes.

The tragic event in the Kupiansk district shocked the public. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident and are appealing to witnesses to clarify all the details of this unfortunate event.
