According to Главком: A 47-year-old woman died as a result of being hit by an electric train in Lviv region. The incident occurred on December 30 at around 10:30 on the 'Shchyrets - Hlynna-Navariya' route in the town of Pustomyty, Lviv district. It is known that the woman was a local resident.
According to reports, the barrier at the railway crossing was closed at the time of the incident. Additionally, the sound and light signals at the crossing were functioning, indicating adherence to standard safety measures. Despite this, the woman was caught under the wheels of the electric train, leading to her death.
