According to Главком: Emergency crews in the Poltava region have successfully extinguished a fire at an industrial facility, which broke out following a Russian attack during the night of June 25. Units from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) handled the operation. As of now, no casualties have been reported.

Separately, on June 21, Russian forces also targeted the Poltava district, hitting the grounds of two businesses. That attack resulted in both fatalities and injuries. In response, the Poltava community declared a day of mourning.
