According to glavcom.ua: According to the minister, the following will appear in 'Diia' soon:
Soon, six new services will be launched on the 'Diia' portal, including e-Notary, Wounded Soldier's Path, and Basic Social Assistance. This was reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
- AI assistant on the Diia portal, which will provide government services. The first service will be income certificates, and later users will be able to receive consultations and government services simply by writing their requests;
- e-Notary. Ukrainians will be able to access notary services online. Mykhailo Fedorov noted that this is about quality, lower prices, and other advantages of online services;
- e-Excise. According to the minister, Ukraine loses about UAH 30 billion each year due to a lack of taxes on alcohol and tobacco. There will be a digital transformation of the sector, and the paper excise stamp will be replaced by an electronic one. Ukrainians will be able to verify the legality of products in Diia by simply scanning the electronic stamp.
- Wounded Soldier's Path. The ministry head noted that a comprehensive service for military personnel and their families – Wounded Soldier's Path – will soon be available in 'Diia'. The entire process will be online, and interaction with government agencies will be automatic, without queues, document collection, and visits to different institutions;
- Basic Social Assistance - the beta testing of this service is already beginning. This is a comprehensive service that will consolidate all social payments into one. Application submission will be done via 'Diia' without paper bureaucracy;
- criminal record extract with apostille. Together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the ministry is working to ensure that people can order a document with delivery in 'Diia'. Currently, it can only be obtained at one address in Kyiv, and the new service will address this inconvenience.
Recall that in 'Diia', financial support for school preparation is available within the state assistance program 'School Package'. To qualify, one must have an ID card or international passport and a verified tax identification number (TIN).
Users of the 'Diia' portal will soon have the opportunity to use six new services that will make their lives easier and more convenient. Among these services are e-Notary, e-Excise, Wounded Soldier's Path, and others. Additional services will allow users to receive government services online, facilitating citizens' interaction with the government.
