New Service Centers Launched by Ukraine's Pension Fund

According to Пенсії (RSS): Ukraine's Pension Fund has inaugurated new service centers in the Sumy region, located in the cities of Romny and Putyvl. These facilities have been designed with inclusivity in mind, ensuring they are accessible to all citizens. This expansion is part of ongoing efforts to maintain essential social services during a challenging period for the country.

The new centers are equipped with:

  • Access ramps,
  • Lift systems,
  • Tactile paving,
  • Informational signs in Braille.

This infrastructure allows people with disabilities to use the provided services without hindrance. The centers offer a wide range of services, including the assignment and recalculation of pensions, subsidies, and benefits, which are vital for residents of the region.

Social Impact of the New Facilities

The opening took place in the Sumy region, a border area of Ukraine. The Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, headed by Yevhen Kapinus, continues to work on improving access to its services for all segments of the population.

The launch of service centers in Romny and Putyvl is a crucial step in ensuring the accessibility of state services for citizens, especially for people with disabilities.
