National cashback for October-November: over 4 million Ukrainians will receive 1 billion hryvnias

Payments under the 'National Cashback' program

According to Главком: The Government of Ukraine will begin payments under the 'National Cashback' program for October and November 2025. In total, over 4 million Ukrainians will receive 1.074 billion hryvnias in cashback. Payments for October 2025 will amount to 550.29 million hryvnias, while for November – 524.02 million hryvnias. During October and November 2025, Ukrainians purchased goods for over 10 billion hryvnias.

History of the 'National Cashback' program

The 'National Cashback' program was launched in 2024, and since then the total amount of payments has reached 6 billion hryvnias. More than 7.5 million Ukrainians are participating in the program, who have received over 4 billion hryvnias in payments. More than 1,870 Ukrainian manufacturers have joined the program, offering about 400 thousand registered products that provide a cashback of 10%.

As of November 22, 2025, the list of goods and services that can be purchased within the framework of the 'National Cashback' program has been changed. The updated terms for spending will be in effect until June 30, 2026. Payments for December 2025 are scheduled for February 2026, which will allow Ukrainians to receive additional financial support in the following year.

The 'National Cashback' program continues to support Ukrainian consumers during economic challenges by providing additional financial assistance.
