The National Cashback changes the rules: what you can now spend the funds on

According to Мін. Економіки: There have been changes to the "National Cashback" program in Ukraine since November 22. Now you can spend money on categories of goods and services such as utilities, postal services, food products, medicinal products, books, as well as charity.

"Some of the updated categories can already be used: medicines, medical devices, books, and printed products."

This change is due to the need to align the "National Cashback" program with the state initiative "Winter Support", which provides for the payment of 1000 hryvnias to all citizens. Both projects have adjusted their expense categories for better compatibility.

The new conditions will be in effect until June 2026 to ensure the effective use of state support and to improve the social protection of the population.
