Kyivstar launches satellite SMS: how to send messages without a network

According to Мінцифра: Kyivstar expands its Starlink Direct to Cell service across Ukraine, allowing SMS sending without the need for traditional mobile connectivity. The update is already available for subscribers using Android smartphones. This is the first such solution in Europe, opening new possibilities for communication via satellite.
