According to glavcom.ua: Reports from Lithuania and Latvia indicate a serious escalation of the situation regarding smuggled balloons from Belarus. Recently, the most intense night of November has ended, according to Vilmantas Vitkauskas, head of the National Crisis Management Center in Lithuania. As a result, 18 flights were canceled at Vilnius Airport and 10 aircraft were forced to land at other airports due to suspicions of smuggled balloons flying in the airport area.
It is also noted that balloons from Belarus were detected in Latvian airspace. The discovered markings, characteristic of smuggled balloons, have raised some degree of concern among military and security services.
