Famous Dragobrat Resort for Sale: What the New Owner Will Get

Corporate rights to the Dragobrat ski complex in Transcarpathia are for sale for 2.75 million dollars on the OLX platform. Ivan Zezekalo, a co-owner of the complex, confirmed this information, explaining that the main reason for the sale was the convenience of managing the resort for co-owners who reside in Poltava. After the deaths of the founders of the business - the Bidny brothers, this became especially relevant.

According to Zezekalo, the ski complex is profitable and does not require artificial snow, making it even more attractive to buyers.

What is included in the asset value?

The buyer will receive the entire infrastructure complex of the resort, including cottages, a hotel, a dormitory, a sauna, equipment rental, ski lifts, special machinery, and other equipment. A land plot of 1.76 hectares is also for sale.

According to Opendatabot, the head of the company is Anastasia Nechytaylo, who earned over 5.5 million UAH in 2024 and a net profit of over 750 thousand UAH. The total value of the company's assets exceeds 8.4 million UAH.

The Dragobrat resort is known as the highest ski resort in Ukraine with various tracks for freeride and skiing of varying difficulty.
