Military tickets are not canceled: the Ministry of Defense explained the new rules of the Military Medical Commission
According to hvylya.net: Ukrainians were informed about important changes in the process of passing the Military Medical Commission (MMC) and denied information about the cancellation of military tickets. The new rules are aimed at protecting the rights of mobilized individuals. One of the important innovations is the provision for a re-examination for those who refused to join the military unit for medical reasons after being referred by the Territorial Recruitment Center. This allows for a more objective assessment of the individual's health status.
'These are positive changes, surprisingly,' emphasized the speaker.
According to the update of Order No. 402, if an individual is not appointed to a military unit for medical reasons, a special 'refusal act' is drawn up, and the individual is sent for a repeat medical examination. This new procedure is aimed at preventing illegal mobilization of individuals and makes the process more transparent.
Main aspects of the innovations:
-
Drawing up the act: The head of the medical service of the military unit draws up the 'Act of refusal to accept the individual for medical reasons.'
-
Re-examination: The individual is sent for a repeat medical examination to a higher-level MMC within 3 days.
-
Purpose of the changes: Ensuring objectivity and avoiding improper mobilization of individuals with health issues.
This initiative allows mobilized individuals to have the opportunity to undergo a repeat examination and provides a more objective assessment of health status. It is this approach that makes the process of passing the MMC more transparent and fair.

Are military tickets being canceled?
It is also worth noting that the military ticket itself is not disappearing; only the order that approved its previous form loses validity. Old military tickets remain valid until new documents are issued as necessary, in accordance with legislation.
