Trump has also voiced frustration with Spain and Italy, specifically noting that Italy “has not helped at all.”

Europe is struggling to find a way forward as the “nuclear umbrella is effectively being rolled back.” The continent must now shoulder the primary responsibility for its own defense, yet no European manufacturer can currently offer a direct replacement for American systems. Despite these difficulties, companies like Rheinmetall and Saab are seeing record order volumes, and cooperation with the United Kingdom and Ukraine is intensifying.
