According to the publication, it is planned that Kyiv will compile a list of weapons most needed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine - Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL). NATO countries will supply weapons from this list to Ukraine, using their own stocks or purchasing them in the USA. This process will be supervised by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
It is planned to make supplies in batches of about 500 million dollars each. The total cost may reach up to 10 billion dollars, but there is currently no clear timeline for this process.
Conclusion: The USA and NATO have agreed on a new funding system for military supplies to Ukraine, where European NATO member countries will pay for the necessary weapons specified by Ukraine itself.
