Skies will be partly cloudy throughout the day, and rain is expected across most of the country-especially in the northeast, where precipitation will be widespread.

Winds will mainly come from the west, blowing at 7–12 meters per second. In northern areas, daytime gusts could reach 15–20 m/s. During the day, temperatures across Ukraine will hover between 20 and 25 degrees, while the south and southeast will see highs of 24 to 29 degrees.

Weather in Kyiv

In the capital city of Kyiv, forecasters also predict partly cloudy skies with isolated brief rain and thunderstorms. Nighttime temperatures in Kyiv will be around 13–15 degrees, climbing to 22–24 degrees during the day. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, these conditions could disrupt the operation of energy facilities.

Given the yellow alert, residents of northeastern Ukraine should exercise extra caution during thunderstorms and strong winds. Such weather may impact daily routines and safety, particularly in the energy sector where power outages are possible. Staying updated on weather reports and following official guidance will help prevent unexpected disruptions.

As weather conditions worsen across the country, it's crucial to stay informed. Similar alerts have been issued in southern regions, where thunderstorms and hail pose additional risks.
