In May 2025, changes were observed in the real estate market in southern Ukraine. It turned out that both prices for purchasing housing and demand for one-bedroom apartments have increased. Analysts from the OLX Real Estate portal conducted a study of this market.
The highest prices for one-bedroom apartments remain in Odessa - the average price reached 1.8 million UAH, which is 24% higher than in May 2024...
Overall, a stable increase in housing prices in the southern part of the country is approaching, which may be influenced by a reduction in supply. In addition, during this period, a certain movement in the marriage market was also recorded in the country, with significant numbers of registered marriages in Kyiv and other regions.
