According to Главком: Russian forces launched an overnight assault on the Kyiv region, with air defense units neutralizing approximately thirty hostile targets. Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the regional military administration, confirmed the operation. Under the regional "Clean Sky" initiative, over a hundred experienced crews are deployed. Kalashnyk emphasized that their efforts have saved lives and preserved public peace. He noted that the project has now intercepted more than 3,250 enemy targets to date.

"Another night that Kyiv region endured thanks to those who guard the skies over our communities. While the region lived its normal life-people preparing for a new day, children heading to school-our interceptor crews held the sky over their homes all night long."
