According to Главком: In the hours leading up to July 3, Russian troops carried out heavy strikes across Ukraine, specifically targeting Kryvyi Rih and the Sumy region. A missile slammed into a gap between apartment buildings in Kryvyi Rih, sparking a fire that has since been extinguished, though emergency rescue operations remain ongoing. As a result, gas and water supplies to the affected buildings in Kryvyi Rih have been temporarily cut off.

Additionally, during the same night, Russian drones attacked the Romny community in Sumy Oblast. A residential house in a private sector was hit, and people were inside at the time of the strike-underscoring the ongoing risk to civilians.
