In Dnipropetrovsk region, a rescuer and his wife were injured as a result of an attack by Russian troops. According to the State Emergency Service, the Russians struck the residential sector of the village of Mezheva in the Synelnykove district, hitting the rescuer's home, where he was resting after his shift. His wife also sustained injuries.

On the night of July 10, 2025, Russian forces launched another attack, this time in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. There was also a massive attack on Kyiv region, during which the occupiers used drones and missiles against civilian objects. There are injuries, in particular, a man was injured in the Obukhiv district and was taken to the hospital.

During a series of attacks in Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv regions, civilians were injured, including the rescuer and his wife. Russian troops continue to strike Ukrainian territory, harming the civilian population and its property. The situation remains tense, so the authorities are appealing to the international community for support and condemnation of the actions of Russian troops.
