The Russian military launched a strike on Zaporizhzhia, damaging a private home and sparking a fire. These strikes are part of a pattern of escalating aerial warfare in the region.

Beyond Zaporizhzhia, the Krasnodar region in southern Russia also came under aerial assault. Explosions were recorded in the Sochi and Adler districts starting at 10:00 PM local time, prompting authorities to enact a security response protocol. Consequently, airport operations in Sochi and Gelendzhik were temporarily restricted. Additional explosions were reported in:
