According to Главком: Multiple attacks struck Ukrainian cities overnight on April 16, 2023, targeting Odesa, Dnipro, Kyiv, and Kharkiv. In Odesa, the strikes killed six people and injured eleven others. Infrastructure facilities and a residential building in the Khadzhibei district were damaged. The blast wave shattered over 300 windows in several buildings, and damage was also recorded in a park within the Prymorskyi district.

In Dnipro, two people were killed, with victims suffering from craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel wounds, and acoustic barotrauma. The strikes hit residential neighborhoods, damaging a five-story building and partially destroying a private house.

Kyiv also reported fatalities resulting from the attacks. Utility services have been working through the night at the sites to clear the damage. An operational headquarters has been deployed, as announced by Serhii Lysak.
