IDPs from temporarily occupied territories will receive 2 million for housing: who is eligible for the voucher

According to Кабмін: Starting from December 1, 2025, individuals affected by the war in temporarily occupied territories will be able to receive a housing voucher worth 2,000,000 UAH. This program is designed for families living in temporarily occupied areas and is being introduced for the first time in Ukraine. The voucher can be used for various housing-related purposes, such as purchasing new housing, construction, or repaying a mortgage loan.

To qualify for assistance, one must have the status of a combat participant or a disability, confirm residence in the temporarily occupied territory, choose housing in territories controlled by Ukraine, and not have previously received any state aid on this matter.
