According to glavcom.ua: According to CPD information, Russian propaganda will try to present the continuation of the offensive campaign of 2024 as a new stage of military operations, although this is in fact a continuing campaign that has not achieved the desired results.

The Center for Counteracting Disinformation warns of possible activation of information operations by Russia in the coming two weeks. An increase in propaganda regarding the 'new offensive' of the occupiers on the front, attacks on the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) in Ukraine, and discrediting Ukraine's support from international partners is expected. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the CPD.
  • activation of information operations about the 'new offensive of Russian troops';
  • discrediting the 'coalition of the willing' as a tool for supporting Ukraine;
  • continuation of information-psychological operations against the Territorial Recruitment Centers;
  • continuation of the campaign against EU sanctions after the adoption of a new package of restrictions;
  • activation of the information campaign regarding possible US sanctions;
  • increase in propaganda ahead of the anniversary of the MH17 tragedy;
  • promotion of the narrative about a 'successful' tourist season in temporarily occupied territories;
  • activation of manipulations on religious themes for the Day of the Baptism of Rus;
  • increase in information attacks by the Russian Federation on Moldova before parliamentary elections and during Eurointegration;
  • rhetoric about a 'common enemy' in the context of rapprochement with North Korea;
  • activation of hybrid pressure by the Russian Federation on the Baltic states.

Russian propaganda and reforms in the military education system

Previously, 'Glavkom' reported on the preparation of Russian propaganda for military invasion of the Baltic states under the guise of protecting the Russian-speaking population. Also, the Minister of Defense of Russia Andrey Belousov expressed the need for reforming the military education system to prepare for future conflicts.

The indicated forecast of the activation of Russia's information operations indicates the intentions and methods by which the Kremlin regime may attempt to influence the international or domestic politics of countries, including Ukraine. It is important to keep in mind the possible manipulations and disinformation that Russian propaganda may conduct in the coming weeks.
